Move Through The Darkness Wellness Challenge

Move Through The Darkness is a zero cost challenge that empowers people to run, walk or exercise to make an impact on the lack of movement, and the amount of depression and suicide we see in the winter months. This challenge can be done individually or in teams, with online tracking to keep you motivated and weekly interactive calls with professionals on a variety of topics.

Take charge of your mental, emotional and physical health
this winter and create a ripple effect for positive change.

Participants pledge a certain amount of physical activity while receiving free access to weekly professional speakers, in-person events like group walks/runs, and more!

Complete your chosen distance between December and January on your own or as a team.
