Traditional Weaving Storytelling & Demonstration

Master weaver Christine Curtis will be at Navajo Nation Library for a storytelling & demonstration of tradition Diné weaving. She will be sharing her and her familes stories from the loom as well as provide information about the weaving process for anyone curious about rug weaving. There will be a Q&A after.

This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
