• FULL HYROX → 8 km run + full stations
• HALF HYROX → 4 km run + half stations/reps
� Categories & Fees
• SOLO: N$400 pp (Early Bird: N$350)
• DOUBLES (2 athletes): N$350 pp (Early Bird: N$300)
• TEAMS (4 athletes): N$300 pp (Early Bird: N$250)
��Doubles: 2 athletes (F/F, M/M or mixed). Run the full race together, split workout stations.
����Teams: 4 athletes (any mix). Share runs in relay style, split stations between teammates.
