Tuesdays in May | 10:00 AM | 111 Range Rd. Griffin Park Windham, NH
Join us every Tuesday in May for Stroller Struts, a casual, connection centered walking group for moms in the postpartum period, hosted by Birch Cradle in conjunction with Windham Recreation Department!
Whether you're navigating the early weeks or further along in your journey, this group is all about moving your body, connecting with others, and supporting your mental health in a gentle, welcoming space. Bring your stroller, your baby, your coffee - just as you are.
Each walk is an opportunity to breathe fresh air, chat with fellow moms, and feel a little less alone in the beautiful (and sometimes messy) postpartum season. No pressure, no expectations, just community, movement, and support.
Hosted by Birch Cradle Lactation in conjunction with Windham Recreation Department, Stroller Struts is a free offering designed to help moms feel grounded, seen, and supported one step at a time.
"Motherhood in Motion"
The Mission of Stroller Struts: Stroller Struts is a Stroller walking group dedicated to empowering moms through community, connection and movement. We provide a safe, supportive space where mothers can prioritize their mental and physical well-being, build authentic relationships, and spread awareness for postpartum health. Through group walks and shared experiences, we are breaking the silence around maternal mental health and creating resilience in motherhood.
