Spiral Flow – The very nature of our DNA is a spiral form. We develop in the womb in spiral waves of energy. This class taps into this deep flow through gentle movements, breathing exercises and sound. We build flexibility, strength and flow using spiral movements beginning with lying on our back, progressing to sitting, standing and moving through space. We connect with our body, energy and flow through these deeply rooted movement patterns. Bring a mat or blanket and a bottle of water. I’ll see you on the beach in the morning.
