Night Swim, Rydal Water

Want to try night swimming? This newbie friendly night swim is the perfect session to ease you into night swimming. Learn the safety essentials under my watchful eye so you can continue your swimming as the nights start to draw in. We swim breaststroke during this session and there are no distance requirements. Bob about or stretch out and enjoy the night sky!

Essential information:
- Short, low level walk.
- Newbie friendly but minimum swimming experience applies.
- Breaststroke only.
- Wetsuit and skins welcome.
