Immerse yourself in a tranquil oasis of healing and self care through our workshops and connect with nature

Experience our workshops of ancient and modern healing practices, meditation, yoga, reiki, sound healing, and a lesson on earth energies and a visit to Swinside Stone Circle.

Reconnect with the healing power of nature as you explore the breath taking surroundings, drumming meditation and yoga in a stone circle, wild swim in the sea on our own private beach and breathe in the fresh mountain air with 38 acres of land!

Nestled in the heart of nature in a beautiful mansion, our retreat provides a safe and welcoming space for your healing journey, and to give yourself time to restore your mind and body back into balance.

The retreat includes accommodation and home cooked food.
On the last day, we will visit a Bhuddist Temple where we will meditate with the monks.

The exchange for this retreat is £300.00
A £75 non refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
