Guided Meditation Sessions with Heavy Horses in Windermere

FROM JUNE TO AUGUST, WE WILL BE OFFERING OUR WEEKLY GROUP SESSIONS ON SATURDAYS FROM 2PM TO 3 PM.

Experience guided meditation sessions with heavy horses in the stunning surroundings of the Lake District.

Enjoy the amazing benefits of a guided meditation with these fantastic gentle giants led by our certified therapist, Mayela Redondo and our BHSAI qualified teacher Debbie Graham.

Debbie and Mayela will introduce you to our three Clydesdale horses - Paddy, Sam & Ferdy

Each 1 hour session includes:

Welcome and introduction to the horses

30-40 minute meditation with the horses

Apples to give to the horses at the end of the meditation.

Followed by tea/coffee, homemade cakes/biscuits

All sessions to be paid by CASH ONLY on the day of the meditation

All sessions must be pre-booked

We are only able to accept bookings for clients aged 16 years and older due to restrictions from our insurance company
