A guided myofascial release class designed to reduce tension in the jaw, neck, and shoulders using therapy balls and breath-based pressure.
This focused sequence uses slow, supported load on areas that commonly hold stress, including the jaw, base of the skull, anterior neck, and upper shoulders. Paired with intentional breathing, the work helps soften protective holding patterns and create ease through the upper body.
Rather than stretching or forcing movement, this approach is gradual and precise, allowing the nervous system to settle and tension to unwind.
