Beginning with simple , soothing movements to release tension and stress from the body, before snuggling down into a nest of warmth and rest, as Maddy guides you gently into a state of conscious sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a deep and ancient form of Guided Sleep Meditation. A two hour practice restores the mind and body to the equivalent of a FULL 8 hours worth of sleep and can dramatically reduce the effects of stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia.
It allows us to access the subconscious layers of the mind where our unconscious behaviours, thoughts and beliefs lie.
The main focus of this workshop will be to unlock this subconscious space, re-writing any old limiting beliefs, destructive or unwanted negative thoughts that may have been holding you back, re-building self confidence and peace of mind in the new year with clarity, calm and focus.
In this state of consciousness, with clear focus and attention, it is a powerful time to begin manifesting your future dreams, goals and reality. Setting goals and intentions to manifest the life you want and deserve.
