Swinging Bridge 10K & Half Marathon Trail Run

Welcome to the Swinging Bridge 10K & Half Marathon! The race starts at the beautiful Tims Ford State Park along the picturesque lake shoreline. Tims Ford State Park is a magnificent 2200+ acre park with over 15 miles of single track trail and is considered one of the most beautiful state parks in the entire southeast. Lake views, several bridge crossings, a mixture of silky smooth & technical single track, you're going to have a blast running along the lake shoreline.

10K: 2.6mi, 4.1mi
Half Marathon: 2.6mi, 4.1mi, 7.5mi, 11mi

10K & Half Marathon races start at 8:00am.

The race is capped at 400 runners. All runners who sign up for the Swinging Bridge 10K & Half Marathon will receive a t-shirt and awesome finisher award and post race cookout!

PACKET PICKUP WILL BE AT BACK 40 BREWERY on Friday from 12-5pm.

Packets may also be picked up the morning of the race from 6:00am - 6:45am at the race location but we encourage you to get there as early as possible!
