Texas style Dry rub, St Louis Style Pork Ribs. Texas is known for excellent dry rub ribs. We take a whole rack of ribs and rub them down with our special competition rub. We then cook them on hickory for 3 1/4 hours to get the right amount of smoke. The results are a crispy savory perfectly cooked rib that is the envy of anyone in the south. Slap your daddy ribs!
