Broken Silence – Monthly Grief Support Group

Losing someone who has taken their own life can bring a unique and complicated kind of grief. Broken Silence is a monthly in-person support group for adults who are navigating life after this kind of deeply personal loss.

💬 This group offers a safe, understanding space to share, listen, and heal alongside others who are navigating similar loss.

Facilitated by trained grief counselors from the Center for Hope and Healing at Blue Ridge Care, this group honors your loss and supports your continued journey through grief.
