This course will focus on teaching you how you can get an effective and intense workout without using any weights. Otherwise known as Calisthenics, this style of training is a fantastic way to build muscle without loading the joints or spine with external weight and can be done anywhere, anytime. Furthermore, bodyweight training is one of the best ways to burn fat and improve cardiovascular health, removing the need to ever step foot on a treadmill.
This 4-week course will focus on building and improving the strength, endurance, and mind-body connection required to perform key calisthenics movements, such as the push-up, single-leg squat, and dip. This will ultimately lead to mastery of your bodyweight and help you to achieve things with your body you didn't think possible!
This course is open to all fitness levels and will provide a supportive and friendly environment for those looking to start calisthenics or simply achieve that first pull-up or push-up.
