Would you like a fixed date and time to talk with us about adoption? We offer 45-minute in-person, private and relaxed one to one conversations at Hampshire County Council’s offices in Winchester. You are welcome to come on your own, as a couple or bring a family member or friend. There is public parking as well as bus and train connections.
