A Day in the Kitchen: Breads

Step over to the other side of the counter and become a confident home baker in this special participation class designed for those eager to expand their cooking skills.

In this immersive 5-hour hands-on workshop, you’ll master the art of baking a variety of yeast breads—from crusty baguettes and soft rolls to delicious pizza crusts and versatile sandwich breads. Plus, learn the secrets behind the incredibly easy no-knead, slow-rise bread that’s perfect for busy bakers.

Hands-on participation

Limited to 6 students for personalized attention
Recommended for ages 16 and up
