Adrian was honored to have guided her first cohort through learning, attuning to, and receiving healing from, 5-Elemental Lotus Healing earlier this year. She is now ready to share those frequencies of healing energy with those that feel called to learn.
What is 5-Elemental Lotus Healing?
Rooted in the philosophies of Classic Chinese Medicine and 5 Element Theory, these 5 separate frequencies of healing energy were gifted to Adrian during her nomadic journey of 2020-21; she received these energies directly from the Earth during a series of meditations in different locations. Once Adrian was well-grounded back in her home soil, she was shown how to blend and use them, and has been doing so for the last several years. This year, she has been called to share and teach these frequencies – as doing so helps to heal not only those plants, animals, and humans we gift 5-Elemental Lotus Healing Frequencies with, but also the Earth herself as we use them.
Adrian is opening a class on Saturday, October 25 to teach 5-Elemental Lotus Healing to those that feel a call to experience these frequencies for themselves.
Part 1 of the class will cover:
- Basic theories of Classic Chinese Medicine and 5 Element Theory, covering each of the 5 elements and their primary attributes
- General practices and guidelines for performing safe energy healing sessions on self
- Attunements to each of the 5 separate frequencies that make up 5-ELH
- Suggestions on how and when to use each of the separate frequencies on self to promote better balance
In addition to the class and attunements on October 25th, attendees will receive:
- Notes from Adrian detailing 5 Element Theory, CCM, as well as slides on the individual frequencies that make up 5-ELH
- An additional 2 hour informal group class (date to be agreed on by the class) in which questions can be asked and experiences shared. During this time, attunements to the frequencies will be checked. Certifications for Part 1 of 5-ELH will be given at this point
- A 1 hour private session with Adrian to experience 5-ELH for yourself or to practice, ask questions, etc.
- A signed copy of Adrian’s book The Wisdom of the Redwoods (given upon receiving an agreed upon deposit for the class.)
