Your instructor is Christel Banashek, owner of Josephine’s Kitchen, a Winchester-based catering business specializing in international cuisine with a focus on authentic Polish dishes.
Whether you’re new to pierogies or looking to perfect your technique, this interactive class is a tasty way to learn, have fun, and bring a piece of Polish tradition into your own kitchen
What You’ll Learn:
How to make a basic pierogi dough recipe.
Three delicious fillings: Apple, Mushroom, and Potato-Cheese.
Step-by-step techniques for rolling, cutting, filling, and sealing pierogies.
You’ll watch the dough and fillings being prepared, then get hands-on practice shaping your own. At the end, you’ll enjoy sampling each pierogi variety.
