Financial Literacy Focus Group

We Want to Hear from You!

The Winchendon CAC and Senior Center are hosting a one-time focus group on Wednesday, May 21 at 12:30 PM to help shape future financial literacy programs—and we need your voice!

We’re looking for community members to join us and share what kind of financial education would be most helpful. Whether it’s budgeting, saving, understanding credit, or navigating rising costs—we want to know what matters to you.

We’re seeking your input on what financial topics are most important for the community to learn about, including areas such as:

How to budget when your income changes week to week

How to avoid or manage debt and predatory loans

Understanding SNAP, HIP, and other benefit programs

Social Security and fixed income tips

How to plan for unexpected expenses like car repairs or medical bills

Affordable banking options and credit building
