Serene Yoga Flow & Breakfast

Happy to announce �

Saturday 26th July 8.30am till 10.30am @ Little Pickle at the Mill.

Start your Saturday by the river, next to the Mill with an hour of gentle yoga & meditation. Suitable for beginners.

Then from 9.30am onwards to enjoy an included nourishing breakfast and refreshing choice of tea or coffee.

Please bring a mat ( I do have some spares) if you would like to borrow one�. Option of a blanket too.

A small and select group of ten only.

Price is £20 per person.
