Mind Over Matter: Strategies for Thriving

In a world full of stress, uncertainty, and nonstop demands, resilience isn’t just a luxury—it’s essential. Simply put, resilience is our ability to adapt, bounce back, and grow through life’s challenges—and it's a skill we can all strengthen.

Join us for Mind Over Matter: Strategies for Thriving, a dynamic community town hall that puts your wellness in front and center. Come curious. Leave empowered.

This engaging event invites you to explore resilience in a new way—across mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, seeking deeper purpose, or simply want to strengthen your coping strategies, this experience offers practical tools and powerful insights to help you bounce back stronger.

Start your journey at our interactive Resilience Stations—hands-on activities designed to teach grounding techniques, mindfulness strategies, movement-based stress relief, and other wellness practices. Then, deepen your understanding through an expert-led panel exploring the mental, physical, and existential dimensions of resilience.

You’ll leave not only with new tools in your wellness toolkit, but also with a sense of connection, clarity, and renewed energy for life’s next chapter.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Get expert tips on mental, physical & spiritual resilience
  • Try 8+ interactive stations for hands-on wellness tools
  • Build your personal resilience toolkit
  • Explore meaning, purpose & inner calm
  • Discover practical ways to thrive—not just survive
  • Connect with a supportive, like-minded community

Hear from the Experts:
Following the interactive experience, join a thought-provoking panel discussion featuring three experts in the fields of resilience in the areas of mental/emotional health, physical wellness, and spiritual/existential growth. These dynamic speakers will share practical strategies, lived experience, and insights to help you face life’s stressors with greater strength, purpose, and clarity. There will be time for Q&A also.
