Sit in silence under the stars, allowing impressions, sensations, and messages to flow. Journal or share what you receive.
✨ Closing Goal, Gratitude & Grounding
We’ll complete our night with a goal-setting ritual, group gratitude, and simple grounding practices with tea and snacks.
