Girl, Let’s Talk is a powerful and honest conversation created to break the silence around peri-menopause and empower women with the knowledge, tools, and community support they need.

This free in-person event is hosted by Dr. Shay Allen, CEO of Shay Allen Enterprises and a passionate advocate for women’s wellness and self-care, alongside Tiara Wiley-King, NP, a board-certified nurse practitioner with years of experience in women’s health and patient education. Together, they bring both lived experience and professional insight to guide women through this often-misunderstood phase of life.

We’ll dive deep into the signs, symptoms, and solutions for navigating peri-menopause with confidence. From mood swings, fatigue, weight changes, and spotting to brain fog and body aches, we’re addressing it all.
