JOIN Protest Pals every Friday 4-6pm at the Intersection of Raleigh Road Parkway W and Airport Road (3529 Raleigh Road Parkway W, Wilson, NC 27896.)
This will be a peaceful, positive, and nonviolent demonstration, open to all, where we can come together and advocate for change.
We are here to protect our democracy. We are standing up for what we believe in. We want to inspire people to join us and grow our movement!
We are here to promote unity in our community, equality, and social justice, so bring positive signs please!
Some examples: Instead of "Stop defunding science" Say "Protect research funding" Instead of "Stop fascism" Say "Save our democracy.”
Other examples: Protect Medicaid, SNAP feeds kids, Justice for All, No ICE,
Make signs about what you're standing up for -- whether that is SNAP, Due Process, VA Rights, Medicaid, DEI, healthcare, women’s rights, LGBTQIA+
Please no mocking signs and no swastikas as we aim to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
We are excited to see you there and stand together for our country!

We are a nonpartisan grassroots group of individuals most of whom live in Wilson, NC who love going to peaceful demonstrations. We hope to empower more folks in our hometown to speak up for whatever they believe in.
