Workshop by Fig Tree Sourdough

In this 3.5 hour workshop, you will learn everything you need to know to maintain a sourdough starter and bake a sourdough bread at home. Yarden teaches the logic and science behind sourdough baking so you can build your own flexible routine and not need to follow strict rules. She discusses baking with freshly milled whole grains as well.


Attendees will go home with?
- 1 baked loaf + 2 loaves to bake at home
- Sourdough starter in a glass jar
- 2 cold proofing basket sets
- A scoring razor blade
- a PDF guide for maintaining your starter and baking bread

Attendees need to bring:
- 1 mixing bowl and cover
