The Labyrinth and the Magic Thread

This class is a mix of mythology, zen stitching and self reflection. We will start by using audible, visual, and written guides to design an ancient meditative labyrinth. After transferring your design to a textile you will use the story of the 'magic thread' to create your story of reflection, meditation, and discovery. Adding personal tokens and talismans will enhance your labyrinth into something beautiful and full of meaning. Simple stitching. No experience needed.
