Rise Rooted

This workshop is an opportunity to reconnect with your roots so that you can expand into your fullness while remaining grounded. The intention is to utilize yogic techniques to experience and recognize your light without the noise of the mind or disconnection from the body getting in the way. We begin and end with practices to stabilize the nervous system, allowing you to fully arrive in the space and have time to receive the benefits of the practice before closing. The workshop is responsively shaped to the needs of the group and will include guided meditation, breathwork, kriya, asana, and somatic practices. The results allow you to carry your yoga off the mat and into your day-to-day life, infused with more of your unique light. Please bring a pen and paper/journal for our time together.
