Join us for a hands-on Participatory Mapping workshop! We would like community members like you to help us identify and map out Green Stormwater Solutions in your neighborhood. Your local knowledge is essential to help shape cleaner, greener, and more climate resilient spaces. This event is a part of study conducted by researchers at the University of Delaware. What is participatory mapping?
This is a collaborative workshop where community members share their insights on preference and location of green stormwater infrastructure on large printed maps.
What are Green Stormwater practices?
They’re nature-based approaches - like rain gardens, permeable pavement, green roofs and bioswales - that help manage rainwater where it falls.
