Hello 👋 I look forward to seeing you Sunday, August 24, 2:00-4:00pm for Gentle Yoga at Lemon Tree Wellness, 709 S. 17th Street!!
We had a wonderful group last month and I look forward to another beautiful practice!
💛
In this heart centered yoga workshop, we will focus on nourishing the mind-body connection though gentle movement and breath, for all levels of yoga experience. Listening to the body, we will lean into to the essence of our own personal yoga practice, and explore creative ways to establish a unique consistent home practice for each workshop attendee.
🧘🏽♀️
The yoga I offer is gentle, grounding, and welcoming to every body—no matter your experience level.
In each class, we’ll:
✨ Gently move to release tension and stuck energy
✨ Prepare the body and mind to relax and soften
✨ Tune into what needs your awareness and care
✨ Connect deeply with the breath and your inner self
✨ Leave feeling refreshed, nourished, and recharged
We'll also sprinkle in some aromatherapy and optional hands-on assists to deepen your experience.
Let’s breathe, move, and realign—together.
🌾
As we move into the later half of summer…
an invitation to connect with the Earth Element
The Earth element is associated with the season of late summer—a time of ripening, transformation, and grounding. It represents nourishment, stability, and the center from which all other elements pivot. Earth governs the Spleen and Stomach, organs responsible for digestion and the assimilation of not only food but also experiences and thoughts.
Emotionally, Earth invites us to reflect on care, empathy, and our connection to others. It supports our ability to feel centered, balanced, and at home within ourselves. When in harmony, the Earth element cultivates a sense of inner peace, clarity, and generosity. When out of balance, we may feel worry, overthinking, or a sense of being ungrounded.
This season and element remind us to return to our center, to nourish ourselves deeply, and to practice being present with what is—just as the Earth receives and transforms all things.
🌻
Just as the late summer harvest feeds the body, may our practice nourish the spirit. May we carry this sense of rooted balance with us, grounded in the truth of our own center.
