Forest Bathing - Summer to Fall

Spend time reflecting on the transition of summer to fall and welcome this new season. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, forest therapy walks have proven health benefits including stress reduction, lower cortisol levels, reduced blood pressure, and improved immunity. This class is designed for everyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced forest bather. Led by Master Naturalist and Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Shelli Smith.
