F45 x YogaSix

Welcome to YogaSix! Join us for a special FREE class at YogaSix Wilmington. Come flow on Saturday October 25th from 8-8:45am to an amazing Sculpt & Flow Express class lead by Erin Hooks. In this class you will build strength, cardiovascular health, and endurance by using dumbells, bands, and bodyweight exercises. Bring a water bottle and mat, if you do not have a mat no worries we have mat rentals available ($3). Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you settled into the space and get your first class form filled out before class!
