End of Summer Sketch & Bag Lunch, Long Leaf Park, Wed, Sept 10, 10am-1:30pm

Celebrate the end of summer while sketching, eating and socializing with your "art gang."
Check in: 10 am at Picnic Shelter #4 to sign in with Host, Barbara Buckley and pick up a park map.
Next: drive or walk to a favorite location within the park for a great day to sketch.
12:15: meet back up at Shelter #4 for "throwdown" and lunch. Bring your own lunch & drink and allow enough time to gather with your members & eat cake with Maria to celebrate her birthday!
There is much to sketch at this New Hanover County Park, gardens, water features, trails and more. Celebrate the end of summer, beginning of fall, to meet, sketch, share and feast!
Bring a friend, chair, sketching supplies, insect repellent, etc.
(Long Leaf Park was previously named Hugh McKrae Park. Shelter #4 is close to restrooms & kid's splashpad.)
