The Dear Summer '26 Project is packed with enriching experiences, real-life success stories, athletic action, music, skating, and a massive backpack giveaway.

Monday, August 18 – Motivational Monday

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Wilmington PALStart your week with purpose! Engage in powerful panel discussions featuring community leaders and inspiring youth. Learn real-world success stories, strategies for academic growth, and how to level up in life.

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Wilmington PALMeet the next generation of business leaders! Youth from our community will showcase their creative ventures, from fashion brands to tech services. This is a chance to support, network, and be inspired by tomorrow's CEOs.

12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Wilmington PALLet’s hoop it up! Come ball out or cheer on your favorite players during our youth basketball tournament. High energy, team spirit, and friendly competition. Prizes, music, and food on deck!

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Wilmington PALCatch local youth artists hit the stage! This day blends music, community, and good vibes. We’re turning up the energy with live performances, DJ sets, and interactive games.

7:00 PM – 10:00 PM Christiana Skating Rink – 3801 Christiana Rd, Newark, DE 19713Rep your school with pride! Grab your friends, wear your colors, and roll out for a night of skating, music, and good energy. Who’s taking the crown for best school spirit?

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Wilmington PALWe’re ending the week with love and support for the youth. Come receive a free, fully stocked backpack, enjoy music, games, and giveaways to get ready for school with confidence and style.
