Cape Fear Orchid Society Guest Speaker

Join CFOS in welcoming former president of the Oregon Orchid Society, Lee Currey, for a discussion about #orchid ailments and how to remedy them in his presentation titled “Orchid Pests & Problems.” In this informative program, Lee addresses the most common diseases, pests, and cultural problems plaguing orchids while providing safe, effective ways to eliminate or control them.

Lee is an associate judge with the American Orchid Society and a nationally recognized orchid hobbyist who has grown his collection over the years to include an extensive variety of primary crosses and select hybrids. Lee is now settled on a few acres just outside of Lexington, NC with a commercial greenhouse that will be in operation coinciding with his promotion to accredited AOS judge.

DOORS OPEN AT 6:30PM AND THE PRESENTATION BEGINS AT 7PM

Guests are always welcome at our monthly CFOS meetings, though we do ask you to pay dues (only $25 per year) if you make a habit of it 🙂
