Established in 2013, by home-brewing friends Steve Napolitano, Wes Parker, and Brandon Buckner, Bottle Logic began like many other great breweries in a garage. The team opened their brewery and taproom in 2014 and quickly gained a devoted following for their innovative approach to barrel-aged stouts and other complex experimental beers.
Their philosophy, "Process and Science Reduced to Art and Magic," has led to their reputation as a highly respected and sought-after brewery, celebrated for their use of premium ingredients and detailed brewing craftsmanship.
To celebrate the world of BOTTLE LOGIC beers, Fermental hosts a tap takeover throughout the day and evening, including limited releases and everyday favorites showcased alongside live music from the THE DIRTY WHITE RAGS and fresh food options from EL CHARRITO TACOS.
