Prenatal & Postpartum Restorative Yoga with Massage & Sound

Join Rachel & Kaitlyn (Peacefully Rooted) for a relaxing evening of restorative yoga especially curated for pregnant women and postpartum women 6-24 weeks after delivery.

You will be fully supported with props in each pose so that you can release all effort and fully relax. While you rest, Kaitlyn will massage away any remaining tension and Rachel will serenade you with the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls.

Class is held at the Frank G. Murray Community Center at 125 Wilmington Island Road. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle in.

Dress in comfortable, loose fitting clothes. You may wish to wear layers or bring socks as the body tends to cool off while resting. All props, including mats, will be provided.

This class is for all expectant and postpartum mothers.
Registration is required.
