With over 160 years of family barbecue tradition behind him, Eudell — great-great-grandson of Old Arthur himself — will walk you through every step of the process, from rubs and marinades to smoke levels, temperature control, and perfect slicing. Whether you're cooking for a crowd or dialing in your weekend BBQ, this class will give you the confidence and skills to deliver beef at its best.

*We have some parking available in our lot directly next to the store. Additional parking can be found at St. John's Lutheran Church to the west. It's a very short walk.
