Annual Theme Parade and Picnic

REMINDER!

Theme parade and picnic is Saturday, Aug 30th at 4pm. Parade participants meet a little before 4pm at the corner of Beach and Hilton. Parade watchers, please be at Middle Beach by 4pm to cheer the parade on. The theme is 'make it your own'

The picnic will start when the parade participants return. For this picnic, the Association will provide grilled hotdogs, some beverages, paper plates, napkins, and forks. Please bring a dish to share, your beverage of choice and chairs/table.

If you are new to the community please come down to chat with us on the benefits of being a member. Without the association there is no 'Middle Beach', lake rights do not convey property rights or access. I have spoken to many of our new neighbors having Middle Beach was a deciding factor in buying in our community. If your neighbors are not members ask them to join why for one reason it enhances our property values among others. BVPCA is a private non profit we receive zero dollars in government assistance mater a fact the association pays taxes on the beach with your dues. On August 30 come meet your neighbors and have a so so hot dog :-).
