Somatic Embodiment Circle

Discover the power of somatic healing and mind-body practices in this monthly community circle. Somatic means “of the body,” and in these circles we reconnect the mind and body to help reset the nervous system, release stress, and create more balance and ease.
This co-ed group class blends education, discussion, and gentle experiential practices. Together, we will:
Learn simple tools to regulate emotions and calm the body during stressful or triggering moments.
Explore patterns, memories, behaviors, and tendencies that shape our daily lives.
Practice embodiment exercises that support nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and emotional resilience.
Share experiences in a safe, welcoming community space.
Each circle ends with a guided clearing and uplifting practice, leaving you grounded, centered, and connected. This gathering is designed to help you build inner awareness, deepen authentic self-acceptance, and expand your capacity to connect with others.
Whether you are new to somatic work or have experience with embodiment practices, you will walk away with tools you can integrate into daily life for stress relief, emotional regulation, and holistic healing.
