Get ready for a spook-tacular night of glowing fun!
Join Mindfulness with Meka for a Halloween-themed Glowga (Glow Yoga) and Dance Party the whole family will love. All ages are welcome—no dance or yoga experience needed! Just come ready to shine, laugh, and move.
We’ll kick things off with a playful yoga warm-up to get our bodies energized, then turn up the music and the glow for a mindful dance party like no other. This isn’t about perfecting steps—it’s about feeling the beat, letting loose, and glowing from the inside out.
Bring your family, wear something that glows, and celebrate Halloween with movement, music, and lots of joy!
This is a special Family-Friendly event will light up our Yoga Room — don’t miss it!

*Please wear any glow/black light reflective attire that you have or feel free to wear a costume. We have glow body paint and everyone will receive glow bracelets and necklaces to dance the night away.
