In this class, you’ll learn how to work with herbs to support your own energetic practices and deepen your connection to nature.
We’ll explore:
• The art of using herbs in spiritual practice—from tea blends and charm bags to ritual baths and cleansing.
• A curated list of herbs and their energetic properties (love, protection, clarity, abundance, and more)
• How to choose herbs intuitively and build personal relationships with your plant allies
• The beauty of creating simple, meaningful rituals using the herbs already in your kitchen or garden
• Practical tips on ethical sourcing, safety, and honoring the plants you work with
Whether you’re beginning your journey or finding your way back to the plants, this class offers a thoughtful, hands-on space to explore the more intuitive side of herbalism.
