Bridal Model Casting Call – Sustainable Gowns x Runway Recycled

Runway Recycled – Sustainable Gowns is casting runway models for our sustainable bridal, bridesmaid, and formalwear fashion shows at the PA Bridal & Wedding Expo taking place January 3–4, 2026 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (Philadelphia, PA).

We specialize in eco-chic, vintage, and consigned bridal fashion. This is your chance to model beautiful gowns while supporting a nonprofit mission that keeps runway-quality fashion out of landfills.

💐Model Sizes Needed

We are specifically casting models who wear:

• Youth (6-8 children)
• Size 4
• Size 8
• Size 12
• Size 16

Additional sizes may be considered for future shows.
👠Shoe Models Needed

We are seeking shoe models in:

• Women’s 7
• Women’s 8
• Women’s 9–10

👗What You’ll Model

• Sustainable bridal gowns
• Bridesmaid dresses
• Mother-of-the-bride/groom attire
• Formalwear from our Sustainable Gowns collection

🌟Who We’re Looking For

• Confident runway walk
• Able to pose gracefully in gowns
• Professional, on-time, and (if necessar) coachable
• All backgrounds and ethnicities welcome
• Experience is a plus but not required — presence matters

🎧Silent Runway Experience

Our shows feature a modern Silent Runway Experience:

• Models walk wearing Bluetooth headphones
• Music is heard by YOU, not the audience
• Creates a sleek, high-fashion atmosphere

🗓Casting & Fitting Schedule

Casting Sessions (In-Person – Willow Grove, PA)

• Casting #1: VIRTUAL SUBMISSION ONLY Sunday, December 14, 2025 — 6:00 PM
• Casting #2: IN PERSON Friday, December 19, 2025 — 6:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Casting #3: IN PERSON Sunday, December 21, 2025 — 7:00 PM–8:30 PM

Model Fittings (By Appointment)

Fittings for selected models will take place:

• Saturday, December 27 – Tuesday, December 30, 2025
• Appointments will be assigned after casting confirmation.

Runway Show Dates (Mandatory for Selected Models)

• Saturday, January 3, 2026
• Sunday, January 4, 2026📍 Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia

This is an unpaid artistic performance opportunity with meaningful perks and exposure.
