Unit Renewal Clinic

We will be hosting a Unit Renewal Clinic in Willmar at Calvary Lutheran Church (302 Olena Ave SE, Willmar, MN 56201). If you have not started your unit renewal process yet, getting started on it ASAP is recommended.

If you are attending the renewal clinic we can get your unit posted! We do not want to see any unit go unposted at the end of February.

Please bring these items to the clinic if you plan to attend:

1. A digital device that you can use to access your unit renewal OR the "Pay at Council" paperwork printed and signed (you will need all 5 adult positions filled and a MINIMUM of 2 youth).

2. A way to pay your unit registration fee (card, check, bank account information).

3. Any letters of intent if your troop is moving from a single gendered Troop to a Family Troop.

4. A signed charter agreement from your chartered organization. The link to download is located here:
