Opportunity Foundation, Inc., has been serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in western North Dakota for over 40 years. We are committed to providing person-centered residential and work supports, and we are reaching out to invite you to bid on an important project that will enhance the living environments of those we serve.
We are seeking qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the following:
• Laundry room renovations, including ADA-accessible sinks and cabinets
• Hot water system replacement - Improvement of tempered water delivery to accessible sinks, showers, dishwashers, and washing machines
This project will significantly improve the comfort, accessibility, and quality of life for the individuals we support.
The bid closing date is May 30, 2025.
Each contractor submitting a bid must have proof of insurance and a copy of their North Dakota Contractor’s License or certificate of renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State.
All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Opportunity Foundation, 612 East Broadway, Williston, North Dakota on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm C.S.T.
