Reducing Rider Anxiety Mini Clinics

These workshops are for any level of rider who struggle with anxiety in the saddle. Whether you have had a specific traumatic event or you are simply struggling with general confidence, these clinics will help you to gain skills to help you work through your fears. Group workshop to learn and practice three self regulation techniques followed by mounted or unmounted private sessions to put these skills into practice.

$60 for group unmounted workshop (45 min - no horse required)
$100 for workshop & 3o-minute private ground or mounted session with your horse - stalls available for $15
