You will bring a photo of your younger self, from a time that was before the world told you who to be. Angela will guide you through a gentle and creative process of cutting and pasting empowering words, affirmations, and reminders around your childhood photo to honor the truth of who you are.
You will be creating a visual reminder of your resilience, beauty and wisdom, that you get to take home to return to who you are anytime your light feels dim.
Let this night be a remembering of who you are where you can connect with your inner child and re-write the stories you tell yourself. Release old wounds and limiting beliefs as you create this visual affirmation full of truth and love.
No art skills needed. Come as you are and leave with a piece of your spirit reclaimed.
