CTDOT Long-Range Transportation Plan Listening Session

What do you imagine when you think about the future of Connecticut transportation?
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) will look to answer this as it works with residents, public agency partners, and other stakeholders to update the state’s long-range transportation plan (LRTP), Connecticut 2055. This federally required plan is a strategic blueprint that sets out the goals, performance measures, policies, and investments needed to develop the state's transportation system over the next 30 years. It will serve as a framework for preparing future, project-specific transportation plans, such as CTDOT’s State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).
CTDOT is hosting two virtual public information meetings and 10 Pop-Up Listening Sessions to engage communities during the month of April and May.
