Happy Halloween! Before the trick-or-treating starts in your neighborhood, stop by the Clark to appreciate some hauntingly beautiful art.
At the Manton Study Center for Works on Paper, enjoy a scary cool pop-up exhibition of spooky subjects from the collection of prints, drawings, and photographs, as well as rare books from the library special collections. From skeletons and ghouls to dark catacombs and gnarled forests, this special short-term exhibition spotlights some of the most hair-raising, toe-curling, and delightfully frightful objects at the Clark.
That’s not all! Dress in a costume related to a work in the Clark’s collections and receive free admission to the galleries (visitors 21 and under receive free admission regardless). Take a photograph of yourself in front of the related artwork and tag us at #clarkcostumes for a chance to appear in a Clark social media post!
Free. For accessibility questions, call 413 458 0524. Details: clarkart.edu/events
