AUDITION NOTICE: The Wizard of Oz
Presented by Page to Stage at the Williamsburg School for the Arts & Innovation
We are thrilled to be casting young performers ages 8–14 for our exciting fall production of The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition!
Audition Dates:
• Monday, August 5 from 6:00–8:00 PM
• Tuesday, August 6 from 6:00–8:00 PM
Callbacks: Wednesday, August 7
Location: All auditions and rehearsals will take place at Williamsburg Community Chapel.
You must complete the audition form to receive a time slot and access to the required monologue selections.

After submitting your form, you will receive an email with available audition times and a packet of monologues to choose from.
Audition Requirements
Vocal Audition:
Prepare a one-minute musical theatre-style song.
(*Please do not choose songs from Wicked or The Wizard of Oz.)
Bring sheet music or an accompaniment track. A Bluetooth speaker will be available.
Acting Audition:
Prepare a 45–60 second monologue from the selections provided after your form is submitted.
Rehearsals & Performances
Rehearsals begin August 12 at Williamsburg Community Chapel and follow a consistent weekly schedule. You can preview all rehearsal dates via the link on the audition form.
Performance Dates:
October 18 & 19, 2025 at the Kimball Theatre in Merchants Square (three performances total)
