Copper Fox Distillery and the Williamsburg Inn proudly celebrate their exclusive partnership with the Wagyu & Whisky Summer Dinner Series—a once in a lifetime bold and flavorful culinary experience. Spearheaded by Executive Chef Julianne Gutierrez, this exclusive event features a thoughtfully crafted menu that harmonizes the indulgent richness of premium Wagyu beef with the smooth sophistication of Copper Fox’s signature craft whisky. Each course is paired with handcrafted cocktails, offering an inspired evening of seasonal flavors, fine spirits, and culinary innovation.


Series 1 – Thursday, July 24 (Wagyu and Single Malt) – $225 per person

Series 2 – Thursday, August 7 (Wagyu and Rye) – $225 per person

Series 3 – Thursday, August 21 (Wagyu and Bourbon) – $225 per person

Trilogy Package – $600 per person (includes all three dinners and beverages)
